News in the real estate world, strong rumors that the new rates for first time buyers, will be at 3.99, and should spark a new wave of first time buyers. Wow, what an opportunity and hopefully will help with this current slow spell for all in the buisness.  That shoud also help with the market as rates fall down to the mid 4.0 s, .
