Paragraph 10 of the Regional Sales Contract addresses  "Seller Subsidy" and may limit such subsidy agreed to by the seller to the actual charges incurred by the purchaser and/or allowed by the lender. 
You may wish to include the following language in Paragraph 34 of the contract (or in a contract addendum) as a way to maximize the benefit of the "seller subsidy" that might otherwise be limited: " Should the purchasers charges not exceed the amount of the agreed to seller subsidy, or lender prohibit any portion of this credit, then the difference - or balance shall be subtracted from the Sale Price.
