Prosperity in Real Estate
Some are bemoaning the current economic conditions...others can take advantage of today's realestate market. Here in Prosperity and Newberry South Carolina Investors are able to purchase foreclosures  and bank REO's at low prices. In real estate you make your money when you buy.
You can buy single family homes in Newberry and Prosperity SC, fix them up, rent them with a positive cash flow, and should be able to sell them in a few years with a big gain.
Don't think it gets much better than that - oh yeah, and it's 60 degrees today!
