As we all know, bad news sell and we all become scared, nervous and tend to withdraw at the first sign of recession. We wonder how are we going to meet our expenses and support our families.

Unlike other neighborhoods, Sales in Aventura have actually increased, and Inventory has decreased.(For condos in the $350,000 range and below). As some of my listings have sold in less than a month.
