Market Update for Monroe County, Pennsylvania... Pleasant Valley Area& Surrounding Townships...

 
"Based on information from the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORSâ Multiple Listing Service for the period  of January 1st,2009 through February 24,2009."
I will be updating these Townships on a monthly basis so that you are kept up to date on what is REALLY happening here in the Pocono Mountains & Surrounding Areas...
I will also start doing Community Market Updates for both Gated & Non Communities (Penn Estates, Pine Ridge, Country Club of the Poconos & so on) ...this way we can all see what Home Owner Associations are selling alot of homes and which ones are not...
