OK, the guys probably aren't as hip to this home decorating tip as the lady REALTORS, Moms, or Stagers, but let me make this suggestion out there to you all,

All right, Obe Wan Kenobe, where are you going with this one, cause I am clueless? It all starts back in European lore. You're supposed to keep a rooster in your kitchen to bring you good luck and prosperity. Many women in decorating their kitchens even have two roosters. How do I know these things? I pay attention.
That aside, it seems if you are going to set up a Realtor or business office in your house, and times like we are having are tough,
                YOU NEED AN EDGE.
Seems like tomorrow morning it is time to move that bird to where your desk is. Your fortune will turn and you'll have ME to thank for it. All the extra money you'll be making going forward in 2009 will be because of this small change. Send all the excess money you don't know what to do with to ME. Tens and twenties are fine.
