Fairfax Virginia Real estate market report April 2007.  Homes sold in Fairfax VA April 2007 are off in both units sold, Dollar Volume Days on Market and list price sales price ratios.  Homes in Fairfax that are closer in seem to be doing better, and Fairfax condos are slower.  Fairfax townhomes are also doing pretty well.
