United States of America is ON SALE! I'm sure you've noticed, things seem to be looking up for buyers here in California as well as nationwide. According to the California Association of Realtors, housing affordability in CA rose to a record high 56% for the first quarter of 2012. This up from 53% in the first quarter of 2011.
