My husband and I were craving Italian so we decided we'd have an early dinner at Johnny Carino's in Rocklin. We thought we'd call first, but the phone rang and rang with no answer. It was just up the street so we headed over there to check it out. The parking lot had a few cars in it, but the lights were out inside. It's sad to see another business in the Roseville/Rocklin area close, especially in that particular shopping center which had Mervyn's, Shoe Pavilion and Office Depot all of which closed a few months ago. roseville: Roseville Galleria To Cut Mall Hours!

The Roseville Galleria will soon have new, shorter, hours. As of March 1st the mall will be open Monday-Friday 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The Westfield Corp. who owns the Roseville Galleria has cited reduced consumer traffic as one of the reasons for changing the hours. … (1 comments)

For those of you unfamiliar with the term REO, it is an acronym for Real Estate Owned. These properties may also be referred to as bank owned. When a borrower defaults on their mortgage payments, the lender(s) will start the foreclosure process, which starts with the notice of default (NOD).
