lead generation: Calling your lead... What do you say?

Hello everybody, I'm trying to work on increasing my lead conversion rate and seems like calling a lead as soon as they register for the MLS search, seems to be the best approach. I thought it would be a good idea for other agents to share their actual scripts/dialogs when they call that lead. For example, John Smith just signed up to view properties on the website. He provided his name, email and phone number. You just received a notification that you have a new lead. It's time to call. How will your conversation start? I think if we all share (8 comments)
