thomas fire: Will the Thomas Fire affect home prices in Ventura?

Its been hard going thru so many fires here in Southern California and especially the Thomas Fire. What started up in the foothills above Santa Paula quickly grew to one of the largest fires here and over 1,000 homes were lost. Most people if they had the right insurance are going to rebuild but my thinking is, how is that going to affect current sales?
Home prices are out of reach for many as it is and for those that lost their homes and didn't have fire insurance with enough coverage, where will they go? Ventura county, being right next to the … (1 comments)
