Yesterday was home inspection time for my Buyers Keith & Allison. The Home inspection went well, only a few minor issues which were addressed. Keith and Allison have been coming to Victoria for a day for the last month looking for their next dream home. They Sold their home on the lower main land in Surrey by Lulu Sorbara (who referred Allison and Keith to me) with RE/MAX Colonial Pacific and they have been staying at their cottage up island at Sproat Lake. COPLEY PARK TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE ALMOST FINISHED This Summer Saanich Parks did a upgrading throughout Copley Park, Starting first with upgrading the Football Field. Aerating, and reseeding the field created a whole new play field. The Field is Home to Victoria Minor Football. Google Aerial View of Copey Park.
More recently the tennis court was resurfaced and new lines drawn on the new courts for tennis and Pickleball. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in North America Almost Ready, here is a photo of the almost completed New Courts at Copley Park...Well Done Saanich! The Saanich Strawberry Festival has blossomed into a grand event for everyone. Come and enjoy a variety of family activities, face painting, pony rides, arts and craft, a pie eating contest and more.
