Luxury Properties - Who is Buying, Who is Selling...Who Represents Buyer & Seller? I started selling Luxury Properties in the late 1980's and because I ended up with many listingsand few buyers, I started the "Powerhouse North" Group in Atlanta, GA that specialized in LuxuryProperties. What was incredible is that we were all agents from various companies, working together to help each other sell our listings.
