I'd like to shed some light on precast concrete construction. This is also called Tilt-Up construction. In this method, buildings are constructed from cement panels that are poured either onsite or at a factory. The panels have iron loops on them for the crane to be able to lift it up and set it in place. The panels are extremely heavy as they are 5-6 inches thick. I recently sat down with a representative from American Home Shield home warranty company and was truly amazed at the value that it brings to both seller and buyer. Let me first start by showing what a warranty covers so that you will have that knowledge while you continue reading. This is a list, but may not be complete. The warranty is available to seller's, buyer / consumer's or both, meaning it could be purchased by the seller and then transerred to the buyer and doesn't have to be paid for until the closing.
