I recently attended a class on Disclosures lectured by a staff real estate attorney for the CA Association of Realtors. His notes included this, AS-IS.*As-Is addendum is not a magic form*Seller's duty to disclose is not waivable*Selling the property *AS-IS doesn't diminish the duty to disclose*AS-IS addendum doesn't affect contingency rights*It simply means that the seller is not agreeing to make any repairs unless required by law. … (0 comments)
