Nature Lovers --- The Bear Creek Community in Woodinville, Washington is Great Real Estate, But You Have to Share the Fish --- It is hard to say for sure, if our real estate is in Woodinville (sphere of influence), Cottage Lake (census district), Ring Hill (voting precinct), or the Bear Creek Community (just a stone's throw from that salmon spawning run). Whatever you want to call our home community, it is special to live within these wonderful designations.
