Rising unemployment leads to decreasing housing prices Are housing prices good Fred? Is this a good time to buy real estate? What if the prices go lower, should I wait to get a better deal? These and a host of other questions are ones I receive on a daily basis. My answers are always a resounding, YES! Yes, housing prices are great compared to three years ago. Yes, it's a good time to buy real estate as long as you can afford the payments and are in the market for a realistic timeframe. Yes, you should wait if you have credit (0 comments)
