It's been an wild start to 2007 for Dizmang Properties! First, we had one of our rental homes (out of 140+ single family rentals homes we manage) burn down. The fire was caused by careless smoking on behalf of the Tenants. In addition to that the Tenants had dismantled and removed all of the smoke detectors in the house. Yeah, I already know what you're thinking.... Then 8 days later, the Ozarks is hit by 3 major ice storms knocking out power for almost 90% of the city and causing some major damages to homes with downed tree limbs and power lines.
