Once again this sales or selling myth surfaced. The individual who shared this myth is a CEO of a national real estate brokerage who said the following:
“They, affiliates, (aka real estate agents) don’t have to sell the trust and confidence that (national brokerage name) brings – they only need to sell themselves…”
WRONG!
People buy from people they know and trust.
One can’t sell trust.
Trust comes from the buyer, seller, the clients.
One can’t sell himself or herself.
People buy people.
People do not necessarily by "Big Names" in any industry.

This week the median list price for Chandler, AZ is $599,999 with the market action index hovering around 47. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 46. Inventory has increased to 329.

In the last few weeks the market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller’s Market zone so watch changes in the MAI. If the market heats up, prices are likely to resume an upward climb.

There are tons of pizza restaurants in and around Provo, Utah.
It’s taking me a while to visit and try each pizza restaurant around here.
I love pizza, but I know it tends to be high in calories and fats, especially with all that yummy melted cheese.
Since I watch my calorie intake and try to stick to my Mediterranean lifestyle of eating, I only have pizza about once a month.
This month, we ordered take-out from Marco’s Pizza on University Parkway in Provo, Utah.
I had heard good reviews about Marco’s Pizza and was excited to try it out.

March 2 is Dr. Seuss Day, also known as "Read Across America Day". When March 2 falls on a weekend, as it does this year, it is celebrated on the closest weekday. Hence in 2024 it occurs on Friday, March 1st so that American schoolchildren can enjoy this special day.
Reading a Dr. Seuss classic such as "The Cat in the Hat", "Green Eggs and Ham" or "Hop on Pop" is a great way to enjoy this day.
