With all of the recent press, it is hard to keep in mind that the Southern California market, as a whole, is still vibrant and strong. Marketing is the key to producing results and the web is certainly overlooked by the average agent. The web can be an intimidating arena for new agents to navigate but is key in their success. Most agents will simply purchase a tempalted web sit and wait for something to happen. Nothing ever will.
