The local merchants will stay open a little long and allow the kids to trick-or-treat between all the businesses. Let’s give Foothills Animal Shelter a huge shout out for what they have done in the community. Nestled right here in Golden we can actually see the facility from our Green Forest Properties window. 5 years ago they relocated to a new building and are celebrating with a PAWty. The shelter used to be called Table Mountain Animal Center and located in a much smaller location. In August of 2010 moved into a beautiful building that would allow them to operate more efficiently.
