hostetter: 22 degrees below zero is good reason to cancel showings for the day

It's a lovely Monday morning here in Rochester, Minnesota. I looked out my window this morning to see the world famous Mayo Clinic shrouded in a foggy haze. No, it wasn't actually fog, is was a cloud of ice crystals hanging in the air. Oh yes, it was 22 degrees below zero and the wind was blowing 20mph. Schools are closed thoughout the entire state. Several business have closed, while others are encouraging non-essential workers to stay home. Even though it's a lovely, sunny day, I've cancelled all of my showings for the day. Not that I'm afraid of the cold, (6 comments)
