A major shift is taking place in the way the massive log jam of distressed properties is being dealt with. Over the last couple of years, defaulting homeowners have become a protected class. I say this without intent to sound heartless, but I still believe in the basic tenet that you can't keep stuff you didn't pay for. Houses included.

I just completed a video on the subject of Branding and Positioning that will be part of the Certification Course we are launching next month, but I had to share it here after reading Mark Walser's thoughtful post on the subject.
I am a big believer that one of the hardest things about this business is that we are considered "all the same" by the public. We sell the same product, charge similar fees, and mostly market ourselves the same way. Differentliation is almost impossible unless you have the chance to actually audition yourself, and how hard is that?!
