Don't Dare to be stupid: As far as real estate is concerned, Kerrville, Texas has always been a little behind the rest of the Real Estate market in the United States. The market here is beginning to heat up - we are all a lot busier than we were this time last year. For Single Family Residences, the number of homes sold during the 1st quarter of this year is up 10% compared to last year. Comanche Trace is a master-planned community that offers a private club with 27 hole golf course, fitness center, pool, tennis, and more. In addition to the golf, Comanche Trace has crushed granite walking trails - from easy to walk to more strenuous trails for fitness. There is a private fishing lake and a river park. Memberships are available in Country Club with 24,000 sq ft club house and 27 holes of Championship golf. My sister-in-law and her husband have a home in Comanche Trace and they don't golf - they love the walking trails and fitness center.
I will be describing the subdivisions in and around Kerrville. I will also be describing the real estate market in the area with lots of stats on sales in the area.
