advice: Are you a Number or a person?

With the advent of email and lots of information ob the internet, real estate has become an inpersonal business, right? There is lots of information that says the 80% of home buyers turn to the internet first to find out information about a house. Swimming upstream is hard, but it serves clients better. A listing on the MLS or any of the "Free" websites will not tell you if the seller is willing to negotiate and how much. And looking a internet pictures of a house is like singing about architecture. It doesn't work, unless you know that neighborhood, the street, the location, the (3 comments)
