Typically when seeing big market swings, pockets of rather well to do hoe owners do not see the large fluctuations in pricing as many markets do. The Edina market is one such market. Edina residents are seeing a great average sale price with modest growth. Typical of what would be expected for this area in almost any market. As long as it's still going up.....Happy, Happy Happy!
