Every year the real estate market starts to slow down as we enter in to fall. Summer vacations are over, kids are back in school routines, and the holidays are with-in sight. You have probably seen me post something to the effect of "Its a seller's market, buyers want your house". Well here is a peek behind the curtain of what I am talking about. What you are looking at is screen shots from my client relationship management software (CRM for short). I track all of my potential buyers within this platform. Its a great tool, that I'd love to share with you. So basically I have 344 total leads. My entire advertising budget focuses on Henry County, particularly McDonough, Ola, Union Grove, and Locust Grove.
