oregon horse country: I'm a Board Member, now what?

I have to say that I have never been a board member of anything before, I even disclosed that on my application. But just this week, Oregon Horse Country announced their 3 new Board Members, and I am one of them! I am extremely excited, for 2 reasons. Of course the obvious, to support and serve my local horse industry. But the second reason is a little more self serving. I have a feeling there will be a little public speaking involved, which I loathe. So, this will force me to step outside my comfort zone and grow some more! Oregon … (7 comments)

Do you own/operate a horse-related business? Then you won't want to miss the first annual NW EquiBiz Conference hosted by Oregon Horse Country.
