An associate in my office has a rental client. This client's nephew lives with her because this little boy's mom is a crack addict and his father remarried, has other children with his new wife and wants nothing to do with this little 8 year old boy. She does not have legal custody of him but does try to support him even though she's living paycheck to paycheck. Not All Realtors Are Created Equal During my prospecting travels I meet so many people. As nice as they are, they ALL want to tell me, what they call, horror stories. Lack of communication is the big one. Most tell me they had to hunt their agent down with days going by and no return phone call.
