cherokee county: Let's not mistake "Fee For Service" for "Discount Broker" - 10/23/06 07:48 AM
Greetings AR Bloggers!
...And a happy Monday to ya'll...
Allow me, if I may, to make a very important distinction between the (2) primary types of alternative real estate companies in today's business environment.
-Discount brokers charge up-front, for thier "a-la-carte" type services
-Fee For Service Brokers such as Help-U-Sell North Metro, sell homes for a low set fee payable only if the property closes. No charges are ever asked for up-front.
