Here's another option for my clients wanting to re-locate here to Temecula, but want to "Settle In", before finding, "Just The Right Home". I would recommend Cape May at Harveston. The rates are reasonable and the terms are flexible. Cape May has 3 month leases available and they even accept pets. Cape May does not have furnished units but for furniture contact Brook Furniture, located in Temecula.

This Fruit stand has local fruit from a family owned and operated business. When I pulled up to this stand which is located on Rancho California Road just past Butterfield Stage, a very nice and friendly young man was right there to assist me. I love seeing a family oriented business where the kids help out and are held responsible for managing part of a family business!
This Temecula Fruit stand, had the first of the season strawberries, and a great variety of fresh farm grown produce, and fruit right off of the citrus trees!

Temecula Wine Country is known for having snakes. The semi-desert-like climate is a natural habitat for snakes. I see snakes every year at some point but never thought I would see on on my front lawn as I did yesterday.My son was very happy and loved playing with the snake and so were the neighborhood kids.We let it go after determining that it was a common Gopher Snake.Here's a page identifying snakes here in California: http://www.californiaherps.com/identification/snakesid/common.html Most of the snakes here are non-poisonous and Animal Control will not come and pick them up unless they are poisonous. It is pretty much understood, that if in foreclosure or going through a short-sale, credit scores are going to take a hit. What has not been clearly understood ... is just how much of a hit is felt? Until recently, there had not been much of a barometer or "method" known for calculating or determining how these delinquencies would affect a FICO score. Fair Isaac has recently revealed a little bit of information as to how they calculate that. Explaining the five components that make up a FICO/Credit Score might prove helpful … (2 comments)
