relocating: Moving Outta MoCo!

As a native of Montgomery County, I've enjoyed great employment opportunities, am the product of a 1st class public school system, and have seen five children go to some of the best high schools in the country. BUT, now that they're all grown and ready to fly from the nest, it's time to think about "right-sizing". Our house is big and getting empty. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I have assisted many people with their departure from the county (MoCo as my kids refer to it!). The taxes are killer here!
