house selling: Market Watch - July 2016

The following infographics compare July 2016 to July 2015. Definitely a seller’s market out there, fewer homes on the market, more buyers, prices will be rising and homes selling faster!
We are eliminating the inventory faster than it is getting replenished. Prices will go up as a result!
The decrease in sales is a direct result of low inventory, I won’t worry until the days on market start to rise and then you know our bubble has burst! The fall is one of the best times to sell on the water property, don’t be fooled and think it is over for waterfront!
