showing homes: Mum's the Word When Showing Homes

Preventing my clients from saying anything as I’m showing Gaithersburg real estate or North Potomac real estate is sometimes a challenge. I let my clients know that some sellers will go to the extent of having a recorder running in the background, whether it’s legal or not. I don’t want to be the broker who ends up with a complaint from a seller because either I or my client said something really negative about the home. And, let’s face it.
