boating: Most livable community globally under 20,000 people!

I am very fortunate to live and work in a place that has recently had the honor of being voted.... The Best small Community to live in globally. This place is Gibsons, BC, Canada. We have a very mild climate and many activities can be achieved year round. We have many golfcourses, thousands of bays, and coves to explore by boat.
