Active Rain has published guidelines that all members are expected to abide by.  Following these guidelines makes Active Rain a pleasant, fair, and motivating place to share information between real estate professionals, and the public.  
 
Part of our community guidelines requires participants to follow the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Fair Housing laws.  
 
In our current political environment there seems to be a lot of talk about race in America.  Whether you are a republican or democrat, it seems that the topic finds itself in the nightly news.
