The Garage Office Realtor, Jim Miner, says Selling a Home with 2 kinds of Carpet in the same room is a bad idea. I was out previewing homes in South Scottsdale the other day and I visited a home that was updated and for sale. When I walked into the home, the first thing I noticed was new carpet had been installed. The carpet was neutral in color and it went with the interior color scheme.
