looking to move to an active adult community: Should children relocate their aging parents closer?

As a 65 year-old Real Estate Broker in the Atlanta market; I know a lot of very active adults who are now "Empty-Nesters" and I get a tremendous amount of questions weekly on when is the right time to move, and where is the best place to move to? Should we go to the beach? Should we go to the mountains? Should we move into a 55Plus Community? Should we stay where we are or move to be closer to our Grandchildren?
