Activity in the The Sun City Grand real estate market rebounded nicely in October with prices rising as well. The number of homes sold in Grand for the month of October was up 28% over September, but down 7% from last year. The average sale price increased 5% over September and was up 29% year over year. The average days on market was 34, which is a 55% decrease from September and 56% less than October 2017.
