In these days of lagging home sales, not just here in Shell Knob, MO, but around the country, does it assist or hinder getting buyer and seller together, to encourage your client to make numerous Counter Offers?
It seems that very few buyers looking at lake homes in Shell Knob, make their first offer their best one. "Let's see how much they REALLY want to sell", is a not uncommon comment from some buyers. DO YOU BARGAIN WITH GOD? Have you ever prayed for a sale? I have. I've asked the Lord to send me a serious buyer, as I'm driving to the office in Shell Knob for floor time. There is also my twice daily prayer for my big listing just outside Shell Knob, which I have to drive by twice daily. I am calling it sold, and thanking the Lord for the sale. HOW DO WE GET OUR POLLS UP Have you noticed that it seems like everything in life has to be done by taking a poll today? There was a poll released in the REALTOR MAGAZINE not long ago that showed Real Estate Agents' popularity ranking down around lawyers and snake oil salesmen (just kidding Mr. Attorney).
