To do an Open House or Not to do an Open House? That is the question. Sometimes it seems like a wasted effort to go to the trouble of putting out signs,scheduling in a whole work day or half at least and sitting at a house. I have done many Open houses for the Public and it is hit or miss and it hardly ever sells the house. But I can get to know the neighbors, build relationships and maybe meet a new buyer or seller client.But the Agent Open Houses, are well worth the effort for more than one … (1 comments)
