On July 17th, the MANALAPAN TOWNSHIP ART COUNCIL, will be hosting a fabulous evening of music and fireworks!
The night will go as follows:
7:00-7:30PM Instrumental Performance
7:30-8:30 "The Great Lady Swings Sinatra (A Frank Sinatra Tribute Concert)
FIREWORKS will end the evening!
The festivities will take place at the Manalapan Recreation Center's Great Lawn.

The Manalapan Arts Council and Mayor Jack McNaboe announced its 7th annual photo contest! This is such a fun and exciting event for Manalapan!
This year's theme is "Let's Move It, Move It!" According to the Manalapan Website, "Photos should capture an image that symbolizes a way to move from one place to another. This could be a vehicle, a train, a plane, skates, etc. etc. Judges will be looking at the artistic element in how the photo is taken and how the image of movement is conveyed. The Marlboro Educational Foundation is hosting a fantastic wine tasting event March 26 from 7-930PM at Recreation Center. Tickets are $50 per person and include wine, olive tasting bar, antipasto, raw bar, assorted cheeses and a light dessert. There will also be wines available for sale, raffles, & a silent auction. All benefits will go to the Marlboro Educational Foundation.
Sounds like a great night to me!

The next & final concert in Manalapan's Summer Concert series is on Wednesday, August 21st from 7PM to 8:30PM. Valarie Adams & the Dimension Band will perform a variety of fantastic music including R&B & Motown ! They have been featured on Good Day New York, Fox News while performing in Times Square, NYC. Manalapan offers some wonderful free evening events for children during the summer!
On July 29, enjoy the show 'Hokus Pokus' with Joe Fischer. Show time is 6:30pm.
In addition, on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, through July 31st, bring your kids for Arts & Crafts. The program is appropriate for children ages 4 to 10 and is 30 minutes long.

Monday, July 28th, at First Energy Stadium in Lakewood, will be a fantastic night of baseball, friends and fun! Come on out to Manalapan Night at the Lakewood Blue Claws.
The game begins at 7:05pm. Adult tickets are $9 and Junior (5-12) and senior (60+) are $7 each.

On Sunday, June 1, the STOMP the Monster 5k Run and Festival will be held at the Marlboro Recreation Center. Registration begins at 8:00 AM. The event will be held rain or shine and will include lots of fun for the whole family.
STOMP the Monster is a wonderful organization that "provides financial and other support to cancer patients, their families, and caregivers when they need it most – during their fight with the disease."

On Saturday, March 29th from 1pm to 4pm, Manalapan Township is thrilled to be holding the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Manalapan Township Community Center. The Community Center is located at 114 Route 33 West and has been completely renovated by community volunteers and members of the Girl Scouts.
There will be giveaways, live music, refreshments, vendors, face painting and more!! Members of a variety of Township volunteer committees will also be there to meet with residents.
