After a summer of detours and driving through mud, Bunker Lake Blvd and Raddison Road are now open once again. Both are now 4 lanes roads but construction will resume in the spring for finishing touches. Gone is the 4 way stop where they met. Bunker was upgrade from 65 to Raddison Road. The district tourney started today at the National Sports Center in Blaine for our Minnesota Revolution U15C2 girls soccer team. The New Brighton Blaze were the draw and they struck first with a goal late in the first half. The days rain had flooded some of the fields but ours was just good and wet with quite a few puddles on the field. As the second half started off, New Brighton seemed to escape one close chance by the Rev aftr another. The highway 65 and county road 14 bridge project already has county 14 closed at highway 65 until late August. Detours around the area are posted to use Highway 10. That is a long way out of your way. I suggest Bunker Lake Blvd. to the north and county 12 (109th Ave) to the south. Hanson Blvd construction in Coon Rapids and Andover will start up shortly to make Hanson a 4 lane highway from County 14 past Bunker Lake Blvd. … (0 comments)
