broward realtors: I have a new listing and the owner thinks he just got free management

Many of us have gone through this "misunderstanding" of our real estate functions. Once we get a listing for lease we also get to hire contractors to paint, clean, inspect; we get tenants calling us for broken appliances and missing keys on friday night. Some agents are willing to go the extra mile and take care of this for free but at some point they realize, they are not making the best use of their time. Realtors need to use their time in getting more listings and sell or rent poperties not fixing broken ovens. What is the solution? Some are … (0 comments)
