selling: Staging the garage?

Friday has arrived with thoughts of the weekend, milder temperatures, and my to-do list of organizing my garage. My garage appears to be a dumping ground of clutter from the accumulation of things that I did not want to take the time to put away over the summer. It is so packed that even my truck is afraid to spend the night inside. I have a pretty good idea of what people may be thinking when they drive by and take a peek inside. What are you doing to seperate your homes and create buzz in a crowded market?. If the NAR studies show the typical buyer walks through nine properties and searches eight weeks to buy a home, it would only stand to reason to get your home in the forefront, both in your on and off-line presence. Isn't the whole idea of showing marketing photos and showing the property, to get people excited about a house.
