Does Active Rain have a Q/A forum like Trulia's? I've been searching for a Q/A forum similar to Trulia's and can't seem to find one. Does anyone know if such a thing exists on AR? I really gain a lot of information and knowledge from that venue. Many times even more so than reading and writing blog posts. Please enlighten me. (3 comments)

Walk Away From A House That's Underwater BY $200,000? I have answered this question so many times lately it's become my pet peeve. When I read questions like this it raises the hair on the back of my neck so get ready for my rant. $$$$If you like, or more importantly love, your home and can afford it without any undue financial strain or trauma you should belly up to the bar and follow through with your contractual commitment. My home of 30 years is just that. My Home!! I have raised 5 children here, have almost 12 grand kids who absolutely love Poppy & Tana's HOME! (16 comments)
