NOTE: Albeit this post is targeted towards the MANUFACTURED HOME INDUSTRY it is relevent to all real estate. There are more and more homeowners being ripped off everyday by unlicensed CON MEN and SCAM ARTISTS & UNSCRUPULOUS & UNETHICAL CONTRACTORS.
