As a Real Estate Agent that works in North Atlanta, it is nice to start seeing the market getting stronger. This is good news if you want to Sell your home in 2010 - if you want to Buy a home in 2010 I think there will still be a lot of good deals out there. Each month a company called Smart Numbers analyzes the data for the Atlanta real estate market and provide the information to agents.
