College Park Real Estate 30349 - January Numbers January 2011 New Listings in College Park were up by 20% when compared to January 2010. This increase is new listings is being driven by two factors. The first one which may be the more obvious one is a corresponding increase in the volume of New Foreclosures. That number went up by 23% when comparing year over year statistics.
