If a Realtor has a current listing in the neighborhood that can be a sign that they are active in the area. I would add that Realtor to the "list" of potential people to interview. Ask your friends if they have a reference, this is also a good way to find listing. Be sure to not sound like someone trying to swoop in and make a buck on their ailing or dead family member.
